The OSEB program has restarted as of April 1, 2010.
The Business Development Centre is the delivery agent for the areas of Beamsville, Grimsby, Jordan, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Thorold and Vineland. If you live in the Niagara Region but are outside the areas listed above, the other delivery agents are:
